Dr. Elizabeth Cueto graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City and pursued postgraduate studies in infectious diseases at three European universities: the University of Tours in France, the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain, and Hannover Medical School in Germany. She conducted research at the University of Oxford in partnership with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, focusing on COVID-19 and inflammatory bowel disease. Fluent in four languages, Dr. Cueto actively collaborates worldwide to enhance diverse health care perspectives.
