Adding Small Implant Vs Reducing Both Breasts W Scars S/P DIEP
I have to choose to either use small silver dollar size implants under my DIEP flap reconstruction to make up the volume I'm missing with the breast skin I have from prior to my BMX vs Further Breast reduction to a B+ cup and adding new scars under each breast loosing more volume. I was a D/DD cup prior and now a B/C cup but it doesn't look full and my new nipple skin is sunken in a bit. I had the dbl.mastectomy and put in implants at the same time.then I went back to the plastic surgeon and he did make nipples, what they look like the rest of my breasts,.then he did the tattoo job but it wasn't that good so I went to somebody my mother recommendedand she gave it three dimensional death and made it look real. And she only charged $50 for supplies. she even tattooed Montgomery glands around the nipple and it looks much more 3d like
@A MyBCTeam Member h.Btw nobody told me before. .but silicone doesn't float when you're swimming. You sink at first because you've lost your natural buoyancy, and they get cold!

I had the Gummi bear implants. .love them. Tattoo artist made nipples look so real my primary care MD didn't notice at first. I was doubled too. Now c cup but looks natural. .perky:)
@A MyBCTeam Member no 3D nipple just 3D tatoo? Nipple reconstruction is my other choice and PS thinks going 3D with his work ends up looking better. Any thoughts?
