I get hot and cold. The hot flashes are not bad but the cold in my extremities, fingers, toes, nose is annoying. The joint pain has it good and bad days. I'm living day by day. Femara has not affected me to the point of staying home from work. I call that living. I'm pushing thru it.

One of the side effects of Femara is cold flashes. I'm experiencing them too. I only heat up when I drink something warm, ie coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Its normal for the medication.

The delayed chemo damage from Taxol. Neuropathy, numbness in toes and pads of feet and fingers. Toenails and fingernails changed. I have to keep them very short until they get better. I did lose one toe nail and also all the skin peeled off my feet.
All from the Taxol and I didn't have all of that while on the Taxol, just a little of the numbness. The rest all happened weeks and weeks after I was done with it.
