Yes, my feet are the worst at night. Funny, I can be up and about all day, but when I relax, ironically, I have more pain. I purchased boots that cover my feet and just above my ankle bone, they stay in the freezer, I put those on and feel the instant relief. Doesn't last forever, but I'll take whatever relief I can get.

Hi. Yes, I have neuropathy in my legs, feet arms and hands......I awake a lot at night and my arms are burning, along with my legs.....my hands and feet burning also. Usually I do stretching until the burn goes away. My best friend is so concerned b/c when I sit, my feet turn red, really red and feel cold. I mentioned this to my Dr but he had no advice and didn't recommend this any tests?!
I have lost hearing in one ear......Sometimes I hear a loud humming. ......my Oncologist just said " oh, the chemo"....... Have any of you lost hearing? I wasn't told that may happen, I wonder what else they haven't told me can happen?
I am alive and grateful, but we should be told a lot of things we aren't😐

True, I did so well during chemo, it was after the side effects kicked in. B complex is part of my daily meds as well.

@A MyBCTeam Member I just finished my last chemo two weeks ago and my hands and feet are awful. My legs tingle at night when I lay down. I have tried BioFreeze for two nights. A little better. For me this is tolerable now. It also has help with other joint and bone pain. Good luck.
