I am in so much pain with these expanders, at night time is the worst, my plastic surgeon makes me fell as if I shouldn't be in this much pain. I'm taking perks and valium, but it does no justice at night, am I the only person that is experience this, is there a special way I should lay?
The tightness, the spasms, I'll be so happy when Feb get here, I get my implant, I hope the pain stops then

Slept using a wedged shaped pillow so I could sleep a little more upright. Put body pillows around me so my arms could be a little elevated too.

Try laying on your back and doing some light stretching with arms over head. Search Google for stretching the chest area and start off slow. Your body will let you what you can and can’t do. The stretching helped me tremendously. Good luck!

I switched my fills to every 2 weeks instead of every week. I’m lucky that my bed can be raised so I slept on my back propped up. Not ideal but it helped. Sleeping on my side was impossible. Once the fills were done the pain did subside. I was still uncomfortable doing certain things but I wasn’t in pain. .

Did you have rads Tina? Where are you in the process, when did you get them? Are you fully expanded? How many cc's right now?

I had just one done and I had pain only under the arm when I overdid what I was supposed to do.

Laying on your back will take the pressure off. Do you have a recliner in the house? A recliner is a life saver for expanders and exchange.

Remember your expanders are hard and they are tacked down to your chest wall on each side. Definitely not what the implants will be like.

*hugs*

Mine were so painful I couldn't keep them in. They incapsulated. No implants for me now.
