Indications:

- Tumor Characteristics: Hormone receptor (HR)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative.
- Usage:
- In combination with Faslodex (fulvestrant).
- As a stand-alone treatment (monotherapy) if tumors have progressed after endocrine therapy and chemotherapy.

I've been on Verzenio for about a month. I haven't had too many issues, diarrhea once in a while, usually after driving coffee or constipation from bit drinking enough water. I'm also on anastrozole long term. Verzenio should be 2 years. Hang in there.

I guess that’s the main side effect. Good luck and keep me posted. Are you taking Tamoxifen with it?

I just started today, rough start, but diarrhea meds and some toast is settling my stomach.... again first day...
