You will be fine. But knowledge is power and you will have information and ideas to work with if needed. So often a lot of this is not shared or brought up or asked how your arms are.

We all need to be proactive and be a knowledge base and research like Sherlock Holmes. 🕵️‍♀️ .🕵️‍♀️ 🕵️‍♀️

I had radiation. I was told the pain I am receiving is from them removing lymph nodes?? It’s actually has been better the past well, but my surgery was February 2020. I really don’t know😕

Seems too that the arm that has the radiated breast needs to be worked on by all of us for stretching after radiation treatments are ended to get full stretching power in that arm.

Most are not even told this....

Sorry, I haven't had radiation so I can't answer your question, but I have had lots of relief from "cording" due to lymphedema from physical therapy where they taught me stretching things to do and self-massage technaamiques. I surely hope you will bring this up to your medical team and get some relief. It makes life hard when you are in pain!!
