UTI And Letrozole And Back Pain

Have not had any back pain in middle below waist until UTI.

How many have back pain with Letrozole?

As for letrozole making you urinate more I just learned that one. I'm still confused on this scenario. I thought urinating more is good for your kidneys this way you don't develop kidney stones. So for me increasing my fluid intake to keep hydrated and the pill I'm going to lose more water or am I just totally missing the point.

All of the above for me! I have back pain anyway, but the letrozole made it much worse. I was afraid I had a kidney infection which I have NEVER had, by the way.

My oncologist switched me to Arimidex, and I am tolerating it better. The fatigue and low mood is a little worse, I think, but no bladder spasms and painful urination this time. I switched four weeks ago.

I hear you there, I have loads of what the doctors call Trauma Induced Arthritis, in other words- I have broken too many bones over the years! So, always wondering- at least if I get moving, arthritis does ease up. Hope you feel better soon!
