I Was Wondering If Anyone Has A Cat And If They Had To Bring In Someone To Take Care Of The Litter Box.
I'm starting chemo and was wondering if I can change the litter box
I googled and this is Google's answer.... it's best to have someone else change your cat's litter box while you're undergoing chemotherapy because your immune system is weaker and you can be more susceptible to infection. If you must change the litter box yourself, you can take some precautions to reduce your risk of exposure to bacteria or parasites.
Thank You. That's very helpful
toxoplasmosis - but then don't under cook your meat either - i'm more afraid of door knobs & stairwell rails
That's what I was thinking
I would have cleaned mine if I got chemo. Just wash hands as usual. I did, however, start using a mask during cleaning to prevent breathing in the 'litter cloud' when scooping or pouring clean litter into the pan.
