I am about to do a happy dance.

My triglycerides were almost normal after taking tart cherry capsules at night.
I did not even take them religiously every night but will now.
Read that this would help with triglycerides.
Letrozole raises triglycerides.
Clear this with your oncologist.

Waiting to hear what my Internist says tomorrow as I saw my triglycerides
on My Chart first.

Getting back into a daily message routine would help you so much.
Try to do it after your shower. Can you do it laying down?

Do the massage and then reward yourself with a cup of tea or other reward.

These baby steps with massage will get you back into the daily routine of it. It is really essential to make you feel better.

When you skip the massage, the lymph gets clogged and arm swells.
The body is then not as able to get toxins out of your system.

How about putting on some music while you do the massage?

Please keep us posted on this.
I do my breast massage after a shower and then finish with 20 leg lifts per leg so I get in some leg exercise too.

@A MyBCTeam Member Yes sweets, I know, I'm just saying, there are many things that enhance chemo and other treatments, and/or can "maybe" be used instead of.. But they all too have risks, and may or may not do as good, I am not lecturing, I'm just upset about everyone's suffering, and giving my help and opinions as well.. LOVE YA

@MyBCTeam users... Please study this though, before considering, if you deeply study it, it has a good many painful and serious side effect risks, even many to most; proven problems with extreme skeletal pain, heart problems, and more! I know, I've studied it, Ivermectin, and more. It's all risky. I told you all there is something as good as cure, unfortunately it is maybe 6 yrs out, I don't believe it will be over, its hush hush. I'm praying it will come NOW rather than later, dang it. I dreamt about it the very night before I read about it, straight from an onco, cannot remember the site, and wish I would have copied it! LOVE, Healing, hope, hugs, and prayers! <333

They and You mean so much!!! <333 P.S. Not doing the leg lifts, wow you must be in great shape, I'm not, lol.
