Is Invasive Ductal Carcinoma And Tnbc 2 Different Types Of Cancer?

Invasive ductal is where the breast cancer, triple negative are the bio markers.
It is an aggressive type of cancer. The fact that is was not in lymph nodes is good.

I wish we could all quit worrying, but we don't, because no matter what the type of bc that risk is always there. A lot of doctors won't used the term "cured"- they will just tell us we are NED- No Evidence of Disease. That sounds like where you are at! Best possible news any of us can get! Next is just to continue making healthy choices, and to get busy enjoying the life we fought for!! Hugs!

I had some chemo but had to quit it then had a mastectomy and 2 sentinel lymph nodes removed and surgeon called and said no cancer was found in lymph nodes Orr in the breast tissue. Do I still need to worry about the tnbc coming back?
