I had my port removed after radiation, but was still receiving herceptin treatments. Once all was over...port removed.

My port stayed in all during radiation. My port is on myl left side & radiation was on my right side. I also was finishing up my last rounds of chemo plus I am getting herceptin so I still needed my port.

no, mine stayed in all the way through radiation. But my port is on my right side and the radiation was administered to my left side.
