I started Tamoxifen in September and have been having pain in my elbow and upper arm since early November. never thought about the Tamoxifen being a cause of it - will have to talk to my oncologist.

I am having joint pain too. I also have neuropathy in my wrist so it's hard to distinguish which is which but my fingers feel sore almost like arthritis. Started [[treatment:tamoxifen:540f562a[[phone:8608758280000445]] 2:]] month ago. Joint pain started just last week.

Joint pain is one of the side effects of Tamoxifen. I discovered by accident that Venlafaxine help resolved my joint pain and hot flashes.
