Does anyone else have pain with their expander ports, especially after an injection?

Thanks

I had my first fill yesterday and was fine but during the night oh my word. The pain hit like crazy. I couldn't move without taken my breath away. I still sit up with help just so I don't pull anything. I took some pain meds and felt better. It seems the Valium didn't do a thing for me. I will take something before I go to bed tonight.

No pain with my expander port after infusion as I'm numb in that area, however even though I use numbing cream on my port for my chemo infusions , about an hour after chemo is done the site temporarily hurts ( mild to moderate ) for about 3 days

My ps used a little pain killer first before he accessed the expander ports and I never had any pain.
