My Peppered Area Of Ca Cells Were Negative For The Hormone, Does Is Meany Triple Negative? Higher Grades Arelikely To Return In < 5 Yr
I'm wondering if this is true and has anyone had this, and ca returned? Feeling a bit on edge about the research.
Triple negative means that estrogen ( hormone ) progesterone ( hormone) and Her2neu (protein) are all negative hence triple negative. Your hormone status can be negative but if your her2neu is positive then no your not triple negative.
I am estrogen and progesterone negative but her2neu positive.
My pathology reports reads like this Er-Pr-her2neu+++ Stage3c grade2 inflammatory breast cancer. Hope this is helpful
No your perfectly fine..your not a doctor nor nurse, so not completely getting it seems ok to me..I was and still am somewhat confused about all of this…
I tested negative for HER - and + receptors. Not quite sure what that means as I thought you had to be one or the other. My Dr. has explained it to me, but my thick head still doesn't get it.
I think biopsy determines HER2 status as well as HP report from surgery. It must be written somewhere in your paperwork.
As far as I know they didn't test for her2 I will look again, but I feel sure they didn't..
I Was Stage 2 - Grade 3 With One Lymph Node Ca On Left Side..I Know Its Triple Neg . I Dont Understand Abbrev's Here. Someone Help Me?
