Hair thinning is common. I don’t know anyone on hormone treatments who didn’t have side effects.

I've been on Anastrozole for 3 years.
I have to wear my hair up when I cook or make lunches. Never had this problem before, but it's something I can live with, just have a jar filled with hair ties.

I've been on them for 3 years and I notice more hair falling out during the summer. I just started taking a biotin supplement to see if it will help.

I am quite sure my naturally very thick hair is thinning. Hair dresser keeps saying I have "a lot of hair", bless her. But now, even my husband is noticing difference. Will be 4 years on AI in May. Think while I see it, it is least of my concerns. Just gotta keep plugging away! Today had a 23 min workout, massage therapy and a 32 min walk. Walked with husband and our dear friend who is fighting his own demons. In between got floors polished, house cleaned, bathrooms scrubbed and daughter came for a visit.
