19, I was also in gray area, I opted for chemo, 4 treatments of TC, just finished my 3rd one today, then 6 wks radiation, I felt I had to do everything I could to prevent this from coming back!
My Oncotype came back as a 27 after a double mastectomy with reconstruction. I'm taking tamoxifen and I am considering an oophorectomy, but I am really against going through chemo. I understand that my score is pretty high, but I'm super hesitant to go that route
My score was 58 - off the charts and the highest ever seen by my cancer team. It also showed up as triple negative, so chemo was a no-brainer! I had 6 rounds of TC, then radiation and now on Arimidex for 5 years. All I can say is that I am glad it's over... Now to find my new normal and pray for no distant recurrence...
My score was 20. I am doing radiation treatments now, then starting Tamoxifen. I have Stage 1 invasive ductal carcinoma. Estrogen +, progesterone +, HER-2 -. I had a lumpectomy and my margins and lymph nodes were clear.
