I have been on all of the hormone blockers! Tamoxifen and anaztrozol , letrozol, etc after total hysterectomy. None have worked! I had a reoccurance on tamoxifen after 2 years. Then on letrozol after 13 months. Another reoccurance. Now taking falzodex injections and ibance pill. Who knows maybe i would have had a reoccurance sooner without meds, maybe not. Such hard decisions to make

I had stage 3 bc and in 2 lymph nodes. I had chemo and rad and was put on tamoxefin couldn't stand the side effects was taken off of it and didn't take anything else that was 21 years ago.

I did the blockers for one year the side effects to me was not worth it. I now use an alternative treatment and I feel alive and can do what I did before cancer. I did chemo but that was all didn't want radiation and not sorry I did not do it. read this book outsmart your cancer and it will give you a choice as what to do next.
