I have same issues so I use Medical canabis it works great. And is a Cancer preventer.

I have been on Arimidex for 2 years, have pain, joint swelling, achy. Had an abnormal ANA lab test, went to a rhuemotologist, the labs were normal! I continue to have same symptoms but I have tried to cut sugar out of my diet completely, I’ve noticed improvement in my hands.

I also take Trazadone for insomnia, works well for me! Improved sleep has helped in all areas of my life!

Joined a gym, starting slow, in less than 4 weeks, I was noticing a huge improvement in my energy too

I have been on Arimidix for 3 months, and have terrible joint pain/stiffness in my right hand, wrists, and ankles. My right thumb at the 2nd knuckle is excrutiating ! I do hand exercises, but it does't help. I have no strength in my wrists at all - cannot type at work. Add to that I have terrible neuropathy in my hands. Was not expecting or told about all of these side effects - they came on immediately after chemo (ACT) and rad. UGH!

I'm using CBD oil as well 😃.

My oncologist scribed it for me.
