I Had My Implant Exchange Surgery In 9/19/16 -all Went Well Except I Have Rippling In Both Implants. Has Anyone Had This? What Did You Do?
I had tissue expanders in since 4/12 and now I have silicone implants. The rippling was evident after the surgery. PS said it's because the lack of breast tissue and the skin was thin (implants are over the muscle )
PS said I have a few options:
-fat grafting
-bigger implants
-surgery to make the breast tighter, resulting in a scar across each breast

I was looking forward to my new implants and they look and feel so much better than the expanders. I was… read more
Leanne- what was the recovery time for the fat grafting? Did you need to wear a compression garment afterwards? My surgery is scheduled for Monday 12/12- I just want to know what to expect. Thanks!
I have low pressure coming out of surgery as well. This surgery will be shorter. You will be under for a small amount of time. I had no problems after this surgery. You can do it! Book it. Xxxooo Leanne
No it's not terrible. The liposuctioned area will be sore but the breast area was no pain at all.
All I have to offer is I had fat graph. I do not have rippling. At least not yet.
Yes, there can be some rippling, even the implant itself can buckle a bit, showing through the skin. In my case, a limo appeared above my incision within a few months of exchange, and frankly, it scared me. My PS said it was the important many creasing, causing a bit to protrude. At another time I had reason to have the foob sonogrammed, and it was plain as day that the implant indeed had buckled.
My PS is not willing to operated on my radiated breast-seems to be his broad rule. I intend to get a second opinion, where, hopefully, I'll have similar aforementioned options. I, too, had skin-spare MX.
