I had my silicone implants replaced with the gummy bear implants. I like the gummy bear implants much better. They are more natural and feel better. They also give a lot more options about selecting a shape.

I had them bf my diagnosis and get them they are more like real breast and chance of leaking is almost 0

They are firmer then saline but my PS said saline does have a rippling problem.

I have them too to augment my DIEP procedure so I also have my own fat (well from my belly once) on top with these small implants tucked in a fat pocket so it does feel very natural. I am still however healing very slowly (perhaps now allergic to the vycryl stitches?) as I keep opening up in spots along the scar under my R breast following PS attempt to get my breast to aim strait (well the nipple circle to point more forward) and so this crescent scar keeps looking good for a few days then opening up in spots in diff. locations. Has been a bit of a drag as it is now 3 mos out from that revision. I'd like it to settle down. Has kept me out of the pool at times and wearing gaze in my bra nearly daily to catch any blood or drainage.

I have the gummy bear implants. I like them they feel natural like a real breast. I just finished radiation treatments with them and the radiologist said they withstand the radiation better then the other silicone implants.
