My oncologist gave me some references, got an excuse and went to a location near me. Turns out my insurance covers a portion, not much, but it helps. Funny though, I was told I needed to wear a glove too, insurance doesn't cover that, so it was cheaper for me to buy online.

They were able to write me an order yesterday!! Just need to go to a shop to get fitted. Thanks ladies!!

I received mine through a specialty boutique. It took 7 months of fighting to get the insurance to pay for them. While waiting I was able to locate an online distributor of the same brand name garments at a reasonable price. http://www.lymphedemaproducts.com - I wear mine daily so they wear out within 4 months. The insurance will finally cover 4 replacements a year.
