I felt some lumps and called the Breast Surgeon. I was a minth out from some reconstruction tweaking. She sent me for a sonogram and confirmed they were fat deposits made by the plastic surgeon still waiting to settle.

You should be perfectly fine waiting to mention it in February-- but if it is weighing on your mind,,it doesn't hurt to put in a call. And for sure put in a call if you feel it's larger or red or hurts,,etc.

Thanks for the info. I just phoned my oncology dept. and they said it is most likely just scar tissue but i should get it checked out anyway with our family practicioner

I found a lump under my mastectomy scar and found out it is only oil pockets--the did an ultra sound and found there wasn't anything feeding it.
