I had bmx last Tuesday and have wound vacs. Hopefully they will be removed this week . Can anyone tell me what to expect from that?

mine were painful to remove. pain meds prior to removal would hv been helpful. feels soooo great to have them out !! good luck

Having the drains removed was?painless and felt much after having?them removed

I couldn’t wait to get them out! My husband emptied the drains, changed the bandage. I had no infection. I was so thankful to him. No pain when they were pulled out.

Mine was very painful on one of them because it was infected the other one was painful but not as bad so if you have pain meds yes take them
