the AI's from my understanding, are to suppress the estogen in your body, that your fat cells and adrenals, produce, after suppressing your main source of estrogen either medically or chemically. If you stop meds for a while, or decrease dose, then the meds won't do their job, and rate of recurrence increases ......at least this is my understanding.........onward soldier......cheering for u
