Anxiety

How do others treat or deal with anxiety with all this. I had mammogram in Oct 2018, then ultrasound, then biopsy. Now needing lumpectomy in March. My results showed suspicious for carcinoma. I’m agoraphobic & don’t like leaving my house. All these appts are overwhelming. I do take anti-anxiety meds but doesn’t help it as much.
