I think that’s definitely possible! Check with your plastic surgeon - if there is enough skin/space it should be an easy swap. Congrats on finishing up the “hard” chemo! For me that was THE hardest part

So I had expanders. The surgery to exchange with implants was 2 weeks of restrictions, then full activity. I was a 36A before surgery. I had a 595 cc implant and am now a 36D. It was my treat to myself. It makes swimsuit shopping much easier!

Hmmm...so my PS is not so keen on fat grafting. I think this is because it comes with its own set of problems, like fat necrosis. I seem to be prone to this, so maybe this is the reason that he doesn’t want to do it for me. That said, when I had my revision, my PS had intended to go in through a small incision under my arm and swap out the implants. It ended up that because of some unforseen issues he couldn’t do it this way. I ended up with fresh scars from middle chest to arm pit. But again, his intention was to quickly swap out the implants...so I am thinking that you could have the same procedure. If you have enough skin, I don’t see why your PS couldn’t go a size up. You should absolutely ask him. Mine said “You are a young woman and should have exactly what you want”. He didn’t flinch a bit when I said I wasn’t completely happy. Make an appt and ask

U can they can take out the one u have and replace with bigger just about a 2 inch cut under each breast not bad

I've heard you can do some of the fat injections or grafting but sometimes the fat is absorbed back into your body
