I am getting a couple of ripples on my implant, had them 6 weeks. Does anyone know how they fix this ? I go for 6 week postop Tues and will ask but figured might get more choices for here

I don't know but my skin is super pale so I think that makes it show worse. When I asked pa at 6 week checkup she said will probably always have a little since skin is thin there. Doesn't happen appropriately if doing as enhancement instead
of reconstruction . Going to see if can do a little more fat graphing when he does nipple reconstruction.

Do you have the textured implants? I have the ripple effect after five years and my plastic surgeon says it’s because my skin is getting thinner so showing the texture of the implants.

I had the fat graphing on the top and they look real natural slop but didn't do on the front were the ripples are starting. Hopefully that is all they need to do

I have ripples. My implants are above the chest muscle and I (unfortunately) didn't have fat grafting. HellMiller is right, fat grafting should help.

Good. I will do more of that than and do the nipple tucking at same time. Maybe he will take so thighs this time .
