Taxotere, Carboplatin, Herceptin (TCH) for 6 sessions, 3 weeks apart and then Herceptin for the remainder of a year. My diagnosis was HER2+ Stage 2.The taxotere caused hair loss, and it started falling out after the 2nd session. I had already cut my hair short and ordered a wig so it was easy to match the color. When the wig came in, I had the hair buzzed off- the scalp was tender anyway, and it actually felt good to have the weight off of it. I wore a knit night cap at night and it caught all the little fuzzies as they fell out.

My hair fell out about 3 or 4 days before my second round of Taxotere, Kanjinti and Perjeta. My rounds were 3 weeks, 21 days apart, so 16 or 17 days after the first treatment.

Good morning everyone, it’s been a while since I have been on. I am having joint pain. I had breast cancer stage 1 about 3 years ago. I had radiation treatment only and I feel it has affected my joints badly. Any one else having this problem? I have taking everything to help. I take pills called osteo bi flex pills

I have had herceptin almost a year. No hair loss. Just fatigue couple days afterwards.

Hello. My breast cancer has also spread to my liver. I have 9 countable tumors, the biggest being 2.3 cm. I just was recently diagnosed and have only done one chemo treatment so far, so I can’t answer your question yet about a surgery after chemo. Following so I can see any other answers as well !
