Hello - I take vitamins through a company called Pure Synergy. All certified organic, non GMO. They have a Vitamin C capsule, Pure Radiance, which I love. It also comes in a powder form you can put into a smoothie or add into yogurt, etc. I've recommended Pure Synergy vitamins to my daughter and a few friends. They all like them too. My nutritionist said same, D good depending on what your numbers say. Said typically 1000Iu won’t hurt. But I’m also 205lb male.

no to other vitamins as it messes with blood reports and I shore the heck don’t want to wait another week if they say somethings not right with your blood.

My entire cancer team says NO vitamins, and many other supplements, while taking chemo. Not sure if you are getting chemo but thought I would share
