For post-treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer, several options are available:

- Hormone Therapy: If the cancer is both HER2-positive and hormone receptor-positive (ER or PR), hormone therapy medications like tamoxifen (Soltamox) and aromatase inhibitors may be used. These can be taken for five to ten years
