Aromatase Inhibitors And Diet
Hi everyone. I have been taking Arimidex (anastrozole) for about 4 months now and was wondering if anyone was given or has any information on foods to avoid whilst taking it. Or could direct me to reputable sites to explore this further.π

Itβs really a healthy way of eating. I pretty much eat everything on the food choices except for the fish . I donβt care for salmon , too fishy for me.

I have been on anastrozole also since April 12,2023 . I just follow the Mediterranean diet and there are no food restrictions that I know of regarding this medication.
