I have invasive lobular Carcinoma. Mine is Her2 + with no hormone involvement. My tumor was same size. I had lumpectomy and 5 lymph nodes removed. No spread to lymph nodes. I had 6 rounds of TCHP chemo, I just started 4 weeks of radiation, and will have herceptin and perjeta infusions until Oct.
My Biopsy Came Back Saying I Have Lobular Carcinoma. No Mention Of HER2. Do I Have To Ask For Another Biopsy?

I'm Confused. The Pathology Report Says I Have Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Stage 1. It Also Says It's In Situ. How Is It Both?
