Yes, Anastrozole (and Letrozole) has a side effect of "trigger finger", at a higher rate than the overall cancer treatment population. It also seems to happen more with people with high blood sugar, or with doing repeated grasping, gripping motions (my issue- since I am constantly pushing strollers, wheelchairs, etc), and some evidence of higher incidence with people who have had ongoing issues with Vitamin B-6 deficiencies. If you check YouTube you can find videos of massage, exercises, etc. for keeping those tendons stretched out. I have found that washing dishes by hand seems to help, as I am doing various hand, and wrist movements in the hot water. Should it lock it (mine does) you can try to move it gently back- if you can't, and resting it in warm/hot water doesn't help, they may consider steroid injections.

I am also in my 5th month and it seems suddenly I may be having issues with it now. Knee joint pain has increased the last few days to a week and my fingers in my joints may also be affected. I wouldn't say its intolerable, not yet anyway.
