I also had to switch to exemestane from Letrozole. It was so awful and I kept falling from Letrozole. I hope you feel better. I was in the Kristine UCLA clinical trial for stage 2-3 for Her2+ stage. Was on the TCHP arm. Made 9 years this March, but just had biopsy yesterday. Ultrasound showed suspicious areas where I had lumpectomy. Praying it's not a relapse. I am Estrogen/Progesterone + and Her2 + stage 2.

Hi I was also diagnosed triple positive. Finished 12 rounds of taxol and herceptin. Now on herceptin and Letrozole. But due to joint pain on Letrozole doctor is switching me to exemestane soon. What was the Kristine trial?

I wasn't in the study you mention, but I was diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer. I finished 6 rounds of TCH; now doing hormone therapy.
