Could be the pain that comes from the nerves regenerating. Mine felt like electrical shocks! The NP explained that as the nerves heal, they send "test messages" to the brain- nothing is wrong, the nerves just need to know that the messages can make the trip. After a while, this start diminishing in frequency and intensity- until one day you have one, and it's more startling than anything- and then soon after, you realize they are gone. While not fun, it is temporary! Happy Healing!
