Further hormone treatment options being offered ( not Tamoxifen) have some really challenging side effects. I'm not sure that quality of life concerns are being addressed or considered. I would we come a discussion with contemporaries.

I would be interested in this discussion. I am 55, had a bilateral mastectomy April 25 and my diagnosis was updated to IDC after my pathology was completed. I am ER/PR +, HER 2- and have no genetic markers, surgeon reported clear margins. I am also getting a recommendation for hormone blocking therapy, which I did not expect after the bilateral mastectomy. I am concerned about the side effects.
