I didn’t wear anything, but I had a double mastectomy. Just comfortable clothes that you can button up or zip up and that are wide. No need to worry about bras….

Hi! I wore a soft cotton hoodie with interior pockets to hold the drains, a bra would have been too uncomfortable for me. If you won't have drains, then maybe something that zips up the front and is easy to put on; most can't lift their arms overhead immediately after the mastectomy. Good luck with your surgery!

- Stretchy-Waisted Pants: Choose pants with a stretchy waistband for ease of movement.
- Jacket or Cardigan with Pockets: These can help hold surgical drains in place.
- Post-Mastectomy Camisole: These often come with pockets for drains.

A mastectomy bra may also be recommended, but comfort and ease of dressing are key.
