I also was thankful I didnt have to have chemo. My heart and prayers go out to rach one of you. I know how radiation zapped me. Cant imagine a harsh chemical. None of it is good. I pray daily for a cure, that is not destructive to the body.🙏❤️💃

Here are some items you might consider packing in your chemo bag to help you stay comfortable and entertained during your treatment sessions:

- Electronic Devices: A laptop, tablet, or phone to watch movies or shows, read, or play games. Remember to charge your devices ahead of time

- Comfort Items: A neck pillow, blankets, comfortable sweatshirts, hats, or socks.
- Snacks and Drinks: Snacks and water to maintain your strength and energy.
- Miscellaneous: A pen and paper for drawing, sketching, or journaling.

I loaded meditation and relaxing music on my iPhone. Brought my headset, a bottle of water, my favorite neck pillow, I suggest bring something that’ll somehow keep you in a relaxed , less anxious state. Sending you hugs and positive thoughts😘
