This morning I had no feeling in my right arm and I couldn’t use it. It slowly came back. I am still dropping things from that hand. But also my leg was really numb as well. My leg still hurts more than normal.

It sounds like you're experiencing some discomfort with your right leg. Leg cramps and a dragging sensation can be concerning. Here are a few points to consider based on your knowledge base:

- Sciatica: Chemotherapy can sometimes cause sciatica, which is pain that radiates along the sciatic nerve from the lower back down to the legs. This pain can feel like burning or an electric shock and might be related to improper back support while sleeping or sitting.

- Nerve Pain: Breast cancer treatments can lead to nerve pain, which might come and go unpredictably. This pain can feel like a hot iron being applied and can last for moments or days.

- Bone Metastasis: If breast cancer spreads to the bones, it can cause pain and other symptoms. This might include nerve pain in the legs, limping, or weakness in certain parts of the body.

It's important to discuss these symptoms with your cancer care team. They can help identify the cause and suggest ways to manage the pain and discomfort.
