Suggestion For Breast Pain After Radiation Treatment.

Suggestions for achy breast from radiation treatment. I am on narcotics because of compression fractures in spine & fractured ribs from a fall - that does not help. I have used heat but not much relief.

I had lumpectomy followed by radiation.My surgeon said to use vitamin E oil and firmly massage the breast to break up scar tissue. Pretty uncomfortable at first but then the pain eased completly

My doctor said to use ice packs for breast pain after my radiation treatments. That seemed to help and tylenol.
