Debbie- do you notice any swelling in your legs, or ankles? I wonder if the heaviness is from holding fluid? If there is, contact your surgeon and see if they can work you in to rule out lymphedema. In the meantime, take it easy, and elevate your legs when you can. Gentle hugs!
Debbie good morning. I had that heavy feeling in my thighs and because of it walking was a bit difficult but I stayed the course with drinking plenty water and pushed through. It was not easy but once I flushed the chemo out it got better. Sending plenty healing thoughts.
