Did Anyone “dress Up” For Their Last Day Of Chemo?

A MyBCTeam Member asked a question 💭

12 of 12 will be next Thursday and then I’m on to just Herceptin every 3 weeks. I got a pink tutu to wear with some black leggings, I have a white scarf with some pink flowers to wear on my head and also pink high tops. I got a black shirt with pink writing that says last day of chemo. Stupid to wear all this or no?

Unfortunately they had my treatments numbered incorrectly so I did not get anything on my last day....not even the bell ring. I was ok with that. I was done with chemo and that's all that mattered.

@A MyBCTeam Member You celebrate however you want to! Obviously, you are approaching this day as something you are truly happy about and proud of which is totally normal. You chose this outfit beforehand as one would choose an outfit before any celebration. Wear it & enjoy it. ❤️
