TBNC
Shelly, no one wants chemo. Please get all the facts, and possibly a second opinion.
TNBC is the most aggressive, most lethal form of breast, with a high risk of recurrence in the first 2-3 years.
I am very fortunate, TNBC 2018, stage 1, 1 cm tumor. I had chemo, surgery and radiation. I was 54. I am almost 5 1/2 years out of treatment. I currently work in a breast cancer clinic. I cannot think of any patient, with invasive, TNBC, who declined treatment who has not had recurrence, metastatic recurrence. I am not trying to scare you, but you should have all the information before you make a decision.
Wishing you well!
ShellyEsabel, stock up on high protein shakes or powder for those first few days after chemo when you really don't feel like eating at all.
What is your dietary goal? And are there any food allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions due to other health challenges? Are there foods you don't eat?
Any foods you love? Hugs!
I need recipes to make here at home.breakfast, lunch and dinner
Thanks for the advice 😉
