This may help with chronic pain, reliance on pain medication, and diminish the risk of future injuries. The purpose of this FREE HOME program is to teach participants self myo-fascial techniques they can do at home to help prevent chronic issues from developing and improve mobility and function after breast cancer surgery, Patients 1-years post-op are eligible for participation with a doctors clearance.
