Trodelvy (sacituzumab govitecan-hziy) is used to treat metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. Common side effects include:

- Nausea
- Neutropenia (low white blood cell count)
- Diarrhea
- Fatigue
- Anemia (low red blood cell count)
- Vomiting
- Hair loss
- Constipation
- Rash
- Decreased appetite
- Abdominal pain
