Should Surgery Happen After Treatment?

It all depends on size, type etc. Sometimes treatment is first to try to either decrease tumor size or destroy it altogether.

I have seen some do it that way. I think sometimes the docs want to shrink the tumor first.

Bio markers can influence this. Positive lymph nodes, Triple negative (ER-PR-Her2-) and Her2+ with a larger tumor often do chemo first.
