Yes, I did during treatment. However they went back to normal next test. I started taking Milk thistle. It helps filter all the bad stuff out of your liver.

Yes, I have this same problem. I handled AC fine and then when I switched to Taxil it started. I had a bad allergic reaction to the first Taxil and then they gave me tons of steroids. After the second Taxil my liver Enzymes were 3x above normal. Onc sent me in for an ultrasound of my abdomen and it showed my liver had enlarged (I think of it like swelling due to all of the toxins). They took me off chemo for a week to see if it would recover. The week break has seemed to help and I am now hovering around a little less than 2x normal. I also now see an endocrinologist to monitor the situation. It was really a blow to have my chemo cancelled but worked aggressively to get the ultrasound and endocrinologist to give me clearance to get back on. I have 6 of 12 taxils left and fingers crossed my liver continues to tolerate it. I understand this to be a fairly rare side effect from chemo.. atleast my onc has seemed pretty stumped by it. They also tested me for Hepatitis (all negative). People with hepatitis can have liver enzymes of 100x normal level so 3x doesn't sound so bad in comparison. Docs haven't advised any diet change other than no alcohol.

Hi
My liver enzymes were elevated for 2 years after Herceptin and till this day they’re about 5-10 over but that’s r/t drinking.
With a green diet and no drinking alcohol my liver is great!

Yes. Kisqali caused my liver enzymes to skyrocket after 3 cycles to over 1000 units/L (should be about 30 units). I saw a liver doc and had no cancer treatment for 6 weeks. Now on low dose Ibrance while enzymes continue to decrease. Thankfully, no permanent liver damage.
