I have been taking at night and so far doing good.

Tamoxifen made all my joints swell up and almost crippled me. If this happens to you - get off it now! It can cause serious damage

Me too . . . Experienced nausea when I took Arimidex in the morning. Now, since I started taking the Arimidex at bedtime. no more nausea noted . . .

I had trouble at first (not nausea but muscle pain) but have now been on it for 2 years and am okay. I take it after dinner.

I also had the same side effect from Arimidex and had to switch to taking it at night, just before going to bed. This did keep me from feeling so sick, at least as long as I didn't have to get up for anything throughout the night. LOL! After taking Arimidex for about 6 months, I did end up stopping the medication and switching to Femara due to the side effects. Hugs, Lisa
