I’m HER2+, diagnosed 11/4/22. Have done two rounds of TCHP. Getting my port was a breeze, noneventful really. First round was tough, 2nd round much better. My nausea was awful the first round so
I learned to set an alarm around the clock to take my nausea meds. I made the mistake of going to bed the 3rd night without doing that and woke up very sick. Good luck Jill! I was very scared but now feel after two rounds that although it sucks it is something I can do and get through.

I have been on Herceptin along with taxotere and perjeta for 6 months. I have had two echocardiograms, and so far so good. Hoping to drop the taxotere this month.
I am just about to finish a year of Herceptin. Are you having other chemo, too? I will be happy to answer any questions you have.
